Shipping Policy

When will you ship my items? 

All orders are subject to a handling period before shipment, usually 1 to 2 business days for processing until it's shipped from our warehouse. You then will receive a notification of shipment with tracking information. If you're located in the USA, please allow 4 to 7 days in total after placing your order to receive your items. We ship all USA orders from our Los Angeles warehouse. Each product has a specified delivery estimate on the product page. In some instances, if shipping might take longer e.g. if an item is pre-order then this will be indicated on the product page, at checkout and in your confirmation email after purchase including an estimated time it will be available. 

Due to COVID-19 we are experiencing longer than normal shipping times on some orders. Please Understand due to Covid delays with USPS we CANNOT control when your item will arrive once it is placed with the carrier. 

Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address. MASTER LASH™ can not be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.

In some cases, international shipments will require import/customs taxes be paid. These will be the responsibility of the buyer under all circumstances. MASTER LASH™ will not be held responsible for customs taxes.
