Return Policy
Returns will only be accepted if you contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. To complete your return, simply contact us via email at masterlash.com to receive a RMA Number. You must postmark the return package within 10 days of receiving it to qualify for a return. Items not postmarked within this time frame will be refused. Items without an RMA Number will be refused. Items must be in the original packaging to qualify for a return!
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will promptly send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Shop MASTER LASH™ is no longer liable once your package shows as delivered to the address the customer provides.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, please allow 3-7 business days before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
