MASTER LASH™ offers industry-leading lash and eyebrow extension services and first-rate products.

When will you ship my order?

All orders are subject to a processing period before shipment, usually 1 to 2 business days. You will receive a notification to your email address or phone number via text message when your order has been shipped.

When will my order arrive?

All USA orders are shipped from our Los Angeles warehouse. Please expect 4 to 7 days to receive your order.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has been placed and shipped from our Los Angeles location we can't cancel it or provide a refund. Reach out to our support team about refunding the item and place a new order for the item you want. 

What happens if I place a pre-order? 

Pre-orders are orders for products on masterlash.com that are not yet in stock currently but are expected to be available for purchase at a later date. The estimated arrival date will be displayed on the product page. If you submit a pre-order, the item will be reserved and mailed to you as soon as the shipment arrives at our warehouse. You will receive an email when the item ships out.
